1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date. You must contact Gitanjali Awards Pvt. Ltd. to determine the best course of action. Please mention the reason why you want to refund the product.

Product can be refunded only if it is defective.

If the approved design and the product are in sync, refund will not be possible.

2. A copy of purchase receipt OR original invoice may be requested prior to issuing a Return Authorization.

3. Product must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging. Gitanjali Awards Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or other original components are missing.

5. A copy of purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Gitanjali Awards Pvt. Ltd. invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

6. Products received without an invoice receipt and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

7. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the products. Gitanjali Awards Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

8. Funds will be credited within 15 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
